About Borka Tools
Since 2009, Borka Tools, division of Borka Enterprises, designs, manufactures and sells precision tools for work on firearms, including torque tools, related accessories and production fixtures. Our objective is to provide high quality, durable, lightweight and compact tools, particularly suitable for carry and use in the field by military, law enforcement and civilian shooters, engaged in competition and precision long range shooting. We place a special emphasis on relative design simplicity, combined with use of high quality materials for the tools we offer, which contributes to both overall reliability and moderate price of our tools. Borka Tools is 100% owned and operated by Boris Teper, who has 35 years experience in mechanical design and manufacturing technology, Ph.D. in mechanical engineering and is a licensed professional engineer (P.E.) in the state of Michigan. Our critical designs are protected by the U.S. patents. All Borka Tools torque drivers are made in the U.S.A. Precision torque limiters are made in Taiwan. Certain accessories, such as screwdriver bits, adapters and sockets are imported from Taiwan and Germany. We strongly support Second Amendment and enjoy rifle and pistol target shooting and hunting.
